Description:

Facilitated by Maile Keanu and Naya Keifer, Providers at Living Solutions Counseling

In today’s society, anger is pervasive — manifesting in the media, in our communities, and even within our homes. It has a natural tendency to erupt, often becoming the only emotion that surfaces amidst life's complexities. This supportive group offers a vital space for individuals looking to manage their outbursts, gain deep awareness of their emotional state, and find a community that understands.

Each week, we provide a comprehensive exploration of anger, diving into its psychological background and the unique ways it impacts daily life. Through guided discussions, psychoeducation, and evidence‑based interventions, participants learn how to uncover the origins of their anger, identify specific personal triggers, and navigate powerful emotions in real time.

Led by Maile and Naya two of our skilled and compassionate providers, this group is designed to help participants build a practical toolkit for long-term anger management and emotional resilience. It’s a welcoming, structured space to share experiences, gain profound insight into your emotional health, and develop the concrete skills needed to feel more grounded and in control.
