    I am a Counselor in Training at Living Solutions Counseling, currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bellevue University.

    Hi, I’m Jordan. I believe that therapy should be a supportive, collaborative space where you feel truly heard, understood, and encouraged to grow. My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect, and centered on building a strong therapeutic relationship.

    I often integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and psychoeducation to help clients gain insight, develop tools for resilience, and move toward their personal goals. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your experiences and feel empowered in your healing journey.

    I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling at Western New Mexico University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I bring professional experience supporting both adolescents and adults as a caregiver and counseling intern.

    I’m Aidan, a counselor-in-training at Living Solutions Counseling. I offer one-on-one virtual sessions to support individuals through life’s ups and downs, with a special focus on working with teens and young adults. I approach my work with warmth, compassion, and a genuine desire to help people find clarity and healing.

    What led me to this field is a deep passion for connecting with others. I’ve always been someone who cares deeply and values creating a safe space for people to be themselves. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they work toward personal growth and emotional well-being.

    I’m currently working toward my Master’s in Counseling Education with a focus on Clinical and Mental Health Counseling and hold a Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health.

    Hi, I’m Jazmin. I believe healing begins in a space where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe. My approach to counseling is grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and a deep commitment to supporting those who are often overlooked or misunderstood. I’m especially passionate about working with survivors of trauma, and I strive to meet every client with compassion, respect, and nonjudgmental support as they navigate their healing journey.

    I aim to create a culturally responsive, trauma-informed environment where clients can feel empowered to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

    I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Kentucky. I also hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, with minors in African & African-American Studies and Gender & Women’s Studies.

    Hi, I’m Rachel. I work with couples and families to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and create lasting change. I believe therapy should feel supportive and judgment-free, while also being honest and practical. My goal is to help you get to the root of challenges and build healthier, more connected relationships.

    I use evidence-based approaches, including the Gottman Method, to guide partners and families in resolving conflict, rebuilding trust, and deepening connection. Together, we’ll create a safe space where growth feels possible and progress feels real.

    I’m currently completing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling at Capella University and hold a Bachelor’s degree from U.C. Berkeley. My experience as a substance use and anger management counselor, along with advocacy work supporting survivors, shaped my passion for helping people navigate tough moments with honesty, care, and respect.

    Marriage and Family Therapy Intern

    Hi, I’m Vanessa. I work with couples and families to strengthen connections, improve communication, and navigate life’s challenges together. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative, creating a safe space where healing and growth can take place.

    Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade as a 9-1-1 Communications Dispatcher, supporting people through some of their most critical moments. That experience taught me to remain calm, empathetic, and present—qualities I now bring into my work with clients.

    I’m currently completing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. As a Bay Area native shaped by my Latinx heritage and my family’s immigrant journey, I value inclusivity, cultural awareness, and connection. I am also bilingual in Spanish, which allows me to support clients in the language where they feel most comfortable.

    Outside of counseling, I enjoy family time, cheering at MLB games, gardening, and traveling.
