Description:

Facilitated by Hayla Donovan, Provider at Living Solutions Counseling

Social media shapes so much of how young adults connect, communicate, and see themselves — and it can also create pressure, comparison, and emotional overwhelm. This online group offers a supportive space to explore the impact of social media on anxiety, mood, self‑esteem, and daily life.

Each week, we look at how constant connectivity, online expectations, and digital comparison cycles influence mental health. Through guided discussions, practical coping strategies, and evidence‑based tools, participants learn how to set healthier boundaries, manage emotional triggers, and build confidence both online and offline.

Led by Hayla Donovan, one of our skilled and compassionate providers, this group is designed to help young adults understand their relationship with social media, strengthen emotional resilience, and feel more grounded in their day‑to‑day lives. It’s a welcoming space to share experiences, gain insight, and develop skills that support long‑term well‑being.
