Hi, I’m Cassandra. I work with individuals in a collaborative, supportive and down to earth manner. We will work together to create goals that support healing and promote inner strength as you navigate life challenges. As a social worker I share the idea that as a counselor I can support you and how you operate in the world by providing supports’ that ventures outside our sessions. I was influenced by my own experiences in therapy to start the journey as a counselor and I want to work to dispel the stigma and negative perceptions held within culturally diverse communities.

I use a trauma informed care approach, I also use a blend of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion to help you manage stress and build confidence. In sessions, we’ll work collaboratively to identify patterns and build practical tools for change, creating a space where you feel safe to be yourself.
