Program at a Glance
Our Counselor‑in‑Training (CIT) Program, launched in the summer of 2025, was created to support and mentor the next generation of mental health professionals. Through close supervision, hands‑on experience, and a strong commitment to compassionate, client‑centered care, our CITs grow into skilled and confident clinicians.
