Grief changes everything, but you don't have to carry the weight of loss alone. This free, 10-week support group provides a safe, structured, and compassionate environment for anyone navigating significant loss — whether mourning the death of a loved one or processing major life transitions, health changes, or personal loss.
Each week, we look at how loss impacts daily life, debunk common myths about how grief "should" feel, and measure its footprint. Through guided discussions, practical coping strategies, and evidence-based tools, participants learn how to identify personal triggers, replace harmful coping habits with healthy ones, and create meaningful rituals that honor their experience while moving toward acceptance.
Led by Corrina, one of our skilled and compassionate counselors in training, this group is designed to help you understand your unique grief process, build emotional resilience, and establish a thoughtful forward intention for your future. It’s a welcoming space to share experiences, gain insight, and develop skills that support long-term healing and hope.
