Each week, you’ll learn strategies to cope with stress, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and feel more grounded in your daily life. The group is facilitated by multiple providers at Living Solutions Counseling, allowing you to benefit from a range of clinical styles, perspectives, and strengths.

Through guided discussions, practical exercises, and supportive connection, you’ll explore what contributes to your anxiety and develop tools that help you feel steadier and more empowered. Sessions offer space to practice grounding skills, build emotional awareness, and create coping patterns that truly support your well‑being.
