Description:

Facilitated by Jordan Gull and Jazmin Nicoles, Providers at Living Solutions Counseling

This online group helps adults manage stress, regulate emotions, and build healthier coping patterns in a supportive, collaborative environment. Using CBT and mindfulness‑based strategies, each session offers practical tools you can apply in everyday life to navigate challenges, reduce overwhelm, and create more balance and stability.

You’ll practice grounding skills, learn to recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns, and begin developing a personalized coping toolkit that truly fits your needs. Along the way, you’ll have space to reflect, share experiences, and connect with others who are working toward similar goals.

The group is designed to be a nonjudgmental, encouraging place where you can strengthen emotional resilience, build insight, and feel more empowered in how you respond to stress. Whether you’re looking to gain new skills, deepen self‑awareness, or simply feel less alone in what you’re navigating, this group offers meaningful support.
